NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No.1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Ruddington in the Borough of Rushcliffe: -

1. Prohibition from Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:-

B680 KIRK LANE, RUDDINGTON (the south side)

From a point 12 metres east of its junction with Elms Park in a westerly direction to a point 12 metres west of that junction

ELMS PARK, RUDDINGTON (the north-east side)

From its junction with Kirk Lane in a south-easterly direction for 13 metres (the south-west side) From its junction with Kirk Lane in a south-easterly direction for 15 metres

2. Prohibition from Waiting Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm along the following lengths of road:-

B680 KIRK LANE, RUDDINGTON (the south side)

From a point 12 metres west of its junction with Elms Park in a westerly direction for 63 metres Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -

This Order Will Come Into Force On 27th February 2025.

The restrictions have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking at these locations.
