(St Anns Road North, Heald Green) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Notice 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which introduced a Temporary Prohibition of Driving at St Anns Road North, Heald Green from the junction of Oakdale Road in a southerly direction for approximately 75 metres, whilst traffic signs to that effect are in place on or near the said road. 

This Order is necessary to allow works to enact highway repairs. It is estimated these works will last one day. 

A diversion will be provided via Brown Lane, Styal Road, Park Road, Altrincham Road, Northenden Road, Gatley Road, Springfield Road, Foxland Road, Silverdale Road, Silverdale Road and in reverse.

This Order will come into operation on the 3 March 2025 and will have effect for eighteen months, provided that if all necessary works are completed within a shorter period this Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Ref: AP/6840030
