What is happening?
Temporary Road Closure – New Lane, Milford On Sea, New Forest
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: That part of New Lane between its junction with Plover Drive and continuing to a point 200 metres South on New Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Saltgrass Lane, Keyhaven Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: From Monday 10th March 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Friday 14th March 2025 and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for 4 Site Fibre for utility works in verge and footway. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order, please contact: kaylee@4spfn.com.
