HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN RICKMANSWORTH AND WATFORD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Talbot Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with High Street south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 298m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. the road fronting Nos.9-15 The Gossamers, Watford from its junction with The Gossamers south eastwards for its entire length.

3. that length of Felden Close, Watford from its junction with Garston Lane north eastwards and clockwise for its entire length.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RADLETT ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Radlett Road, Watford from its junction with Queens Road north eastwards, south eastwards, north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with the Orphanage Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 504m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Queens Road and Orphanage Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN ABBOTS LANGLEY, HERONSGATE, MOOR PARK AND RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of High Street, Abbots Langley from its junction with Gallows Hill Lane north eastwards to its junction with Tibbs Hill Road, a distance of approximately 660m.
An alternative route will be via Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill, Hamilton Road, Hunton Bridge Hill, South Way, Langley Lane and Tibbs Hill.
2. that length of Long Lane, Heronsgate from its junction with Heronsgate Road south eastwards to its junction with the A412 Denham Way/M25 junction 17 roundabout, a distance of approximately 1365m.
An alternative route will be via Heronsgate Road, Shire Lane, Green Street, A404 (Amersham Road/Chenies Road/Rickmansworth Road/Chorleywood Road) and A412 (Rectory Road/Uxbrudge Road).
3. that length of A4145 Moor Lane, Moor Park from its junction with the A404 London Road roundabout north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with A4145 Tolpits Lane, a distance of approximately 2230m.
An alternative route will be via A404 (London Road/Church Street/Riverside Drive), A412 (Rectory Road/Park Road/Scots Hill/Watford Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/ Farraline Road) and A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane/Tolpits Lane) or via A4145 (Tolpits Lane/Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road), A4178 (Fearnley Street/The Hornets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 (Rickmansworth Road/ Watford Road/Scots Hill/Park Road/Rectory Road), and A404 (Riverside Drive/ Church Street/London Road).
4. that length of White Hill, Rickmansworth from its junction with Northwood Road north eastwards to its junction with A404 London Road, a distance of approximately 1303m.
An alternative route will be via Northwood Road, Breakspear Road North, High Street, Church Hill, Harvil Road, Moorhall Road, Moorfield Road. A412 (North Orbital Road/Denham Way/Uxbridge Road) and A404 (Riverside Drive/ Church Street/London Road).
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WOODMERE AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Woodmere Avenue, Watford from its junction with A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way south westwards to its junction with Douglas Avenue, a distance of approximately 79m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way, Tudor Avenue and Douglas Avenue
or via Douglas Avenue, Tudor Avenue, A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/ North Western Avenue), the A41 The Dome roundabout, A41 (North Western Avenue/North Western Avenue Colne Way), the M1 (junction 5) roundabout and A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HARTHALL LANE, KINGS LANGLEY) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harthall Lane, Kings Langley from a point 30m south west of its junction with Abbots Langley Public Footpath No.014 north eastwards for a distance of approximately 90m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Harthall Lane, Railway Terrace, Hyde Lane, Bedmond Road and Harthall Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 13 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CROXLEY GREEN PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.004) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Croxley Green Public Footpath No.004 from its junction with Green Lane south westwards to its junction with Copthorne Road, a distance of approximately 94m ("the Public Footpath"). There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this public footpath will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing gas main is proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LITTLE BUSHEY LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Little Bushey Lane, Bushey from its junction with Coldharbour Lane south eastwards to its junction with Rossway Drive, a distance of approximately 124m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Coldharbour Lane, Chiltern Avenue and Little Bushey Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effectat the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A411 Chalk Hill, Oxhey from its junction with the A4008 Bushey Arches roundabout south eastwards for a distance of approximately 18m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via the A4008 Bushey Arches roundabout, A4125 (Eastbury Road/Hampermill Lane/Sandy Lane/Watford Road), B469 Green Lane, A4125 (Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/Pinner Road/Pinner Road/Uxbridge Road), A410 Uxbridge Road and A4008 (Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road/Aldenham Road).
The Order is needed because utility repair works are proposed to be executed on the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sandy Lane, Bushey from its junction with Hilfield Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 135m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane, B462 Hartspring Lane, A41 Elton Way and Sandy Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Eastglade, Northwood from its junction with Holbein Gate north eastwards for a distance of approximately 35m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harefield Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Woodcock Hill south westwards for a distance of approximately 285m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Harefield Road, A404 (London Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A4180 Ducks Hill Road, Breakspear Road, Breakspear Road South, Breakspear Road North, Rickmansworth Road and Harefield Road.
The Order is needed because utility repair and maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the northbound carriageway of Sheepcot Lane, Watford from its junction with A405 North Orbital Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A405 North Orbital Road, Horseshoe Lane, High Road and Sheepcot Lane.
The Order is needed because water main repair works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON RUDOLPH ROAD, BUSHEY) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects on the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Rudolph Road, Bushey from its junction with Herkomer Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 27m, except for access.

An alternative route will be via Herkomer Road, Falconer Road, A411 High Street and Rudolph Road.
2. The existing one way traffic system on Rudolph Road, Bushey from its junction with Herkomer Road south westwards to its junction with A411 High Street, a distance of approximately 272m will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the lengths of Road.
