RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, ar 26/02/2025, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Gwnaed y gorchymyn oherwydd bod gwaith yn cael ei wneud mewn ardal a groesir gan y llwybr.

Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau Llwybr Troed 23 (Rhan) Gwndy dros dro fel y nodir ar gynllun y Gorchymyn. Bydd llwybr amgen yn ei le.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 26/02/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf.

Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodwyd o dan Adran 14 o'r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Section 14(1)(A) - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Rockfield Farm Footpath 23 (Part), Undy also known as Footpath 23 Magor With Undy Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26/02/2025 MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL made an Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order was made due to works being undertaken in an area crossed by the path.

The effect of the Order was to temporarily close Footpath 23 (Part) Undy as indicated on the order plan. An alternative route will be in place.

The Order came into force 26/02/2025 and will remain in force for up to six months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier.

By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
