THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF SANDWELL

The council has made the following order: (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) (Amendment No.3) Order 2025 which will amend ‘The Borough Council of Sandwell (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) 2019 (“the 2019 Order”)’ as follows:- a) Introduce ‘No Loading At Any Time’ restrictions along part(s) of Park Street, Oldbury and Park Lane, Oldbury. The order was made on 25/02/2025. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order, claiming any aspect of the relevant legislation has not been complied with, can apply to the High Court by 08/04/2025.
