TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH STANSTEAD ABBOTTS 11
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Stanstead Abbotts 11, adjacent to Rye House Stadium, for an approximate distance of 50m.
Alternative Route: via Standstead Abbots 11/Hoddesdon 58, Stanstead St Margarets 5, High Street, Roydon Road, Standstead Abbots 19 and 23
The purpose of the Order is to enable utilities works to take place.
The section of Footpath Stanstead Abbotts 11 will be closed on or after 10 March 2025 for up to 5 days, when signs are in place.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN DANE END, LEVENS GREEN AND TEWIN) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access:-
1. that length of Mill Lane, Dane End/C95 (unnamed road), Levens Green from its junction with Munden Road north eastwards, south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Stockalls Lane, a distance of approximately 2867m.
An alternative route will be via Munden Road, Whitehill, Potters Green, Standon Green End, Ermine Street and C95 (unnamed road).
2. that length of Upper Green Road, Tewin from its junction with Upper Green south eastwards, south westwards and southwards to its junction with Lower Green, a distance of approximately 567m.
An alternative route will be via Upper Green, Orchard Road, Harmer Green Lane, New Road, Harmer Green Lane, Hertford Road, B1000 Hertford Road, Churchfield Road, School Lane and Lower Green.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS.3-21 HIGH STREET, WALTHAM CROSS) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.3-21 High Street, Waltham Cross from its junction with A1010 High Street north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Lodge Crescent, a distance of approximately 75m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via A1010 High Street and Lodge Crescent.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF COCK LANE, BRICKENDON) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Cock Lane, Brickendon from its junction with White Stubbs Lane north westwards, northwards and north westwards to its junction with Pembridge Lane, a distance of approximately 395m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via White Stubbs Lane, Woodhouse Lane and Pembridge Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BURFORD STREET, HODDESDON) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Burford Street, Hoddesdon from its junction with Haslewood Avenue south westwards for a distance of approximately 30m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Burford Street, A1170 Dinant Link Road, Amwell Street, High Street and Burford Street or via Burford Street, Brewery Road, A1170 Charlton Way/Dinant Link Road) and Burford Street.
The Order is needed because sewer repair works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN SANDRINGHAM WAY, WALTHAM CROSS) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sandringham Way, Waltham Cross from its junction with Reglan Avenue south westwards, south eastwards, south westwards, north westwards and south westwards for its entire length (“the Road”), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WHEMPSTEAD ROAD, BENINGTON/WHEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Whempstead Road, Benington/Whempstead from its junction with High Elms Lane south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 1490m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Whempstead Road, Town Lane, Church Green, Walkern Road, High Street, A602 (Watton at Stone Bypass/Ware Road/Tonwell Bypass), Sacombe Pound, Whempstead Lane and Whempstead Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MANGROVE ROAD, HERTFORD) ORDER NO.2 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Mangrove Road, Hertford from its junction with Hagsdell Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 30m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Mangrove Road, A414 London Road, B1197 (London Road/Hertford Road), A1170 Amwell Street, Amwell Street, Pauls Lane Taverners Way, Lord Street, Goose Green Lord Street, Mangrove Lane and Mangrove Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 26 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BIRCHALL LANE/THE OLD COACH ROAD, COLE GREEN) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Birchall Lane/The Old Coach Road, Cole Green from its junction with the A414 Cole Green Bypass/B195 Birchall Lane roundabout south eastwards and north eastwards to its westernmost junction with Cole Green, a distance of approximately 452m (“the length of Roads”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A414 Cole Green Bypass, Hertingfordbury Road and The Old Coach Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HORNS ROAD/WEST STREET, HERTFORD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Horns Road/West Street, Hertford from a point 457m north of its junction with B158 Bullocks Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 70m (“the length of Roads”).
An alternative route will be via Horns Road, B158 (Bullocks Lane/Pegs Lane/Hale Road), A414 Gascoyne Way and West Street.
The Order is needed because electrical service connection works are proposed to be executed near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.
