James Corbett Road And Eccles New Road - Temporary Traffic Restrictions
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford the City Of Salford (James Corbett Road And Eccles New Road) (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2025 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order will temporarily introduce the following restrictions. Temporary One Way Suspension on: - One-way southbound closure on James Corbett Road, at the junction of Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1EW. Temporary Left Turn Suspension on: Prohibition of left turn into James Corbett Road from Eccles New Road. Temporary Right Turn Suspension on: Prohibition of right turn into James Corbett Road from Eccles New Road. The order is intended to come into operation on the 24th February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 14th March 2025. The closure will be in place 24 hours each day.
A copy of the proposed Order and plans of the area may be examined at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to Fri inclusive.
