NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC –

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

HAMPSON CRESCENT, HANDFORTH

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic – Hampson Crescent, Handforth – From the junction of Sagars Road to the side of property number 8 Hampson Crescent.

The alternative route will be via Sagars Road, Wilmslow Road, Meriton Road, Hampson Crescent and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Monday 24 March 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Saturday 31 May 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC –

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

Pickmere Road, Handforth

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic – Pickmere Road, Handforth – From the junction of Spath Lane to the junction of Oakmere Road.

The alternative route will be via Pickmere Road, Spath Lane vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Monday 10 March 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 24 March 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC –

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

Pickmere Lane, Pickmere

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic – Pickmere Lane, Pickmere – For the full extent.

The alternative route will be via Pickmere Lane, Church Street, Hall Lane, Manchester Road, Chester Road, Budworth Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Saturday 22 February 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Tuesday 31 March 2026.
