(PARKING PLACES FOR DISABLED MOTORISTS)

The Council proposes to make a new Order to add further enforceable ‘Disabled’ parking bays to the Order which lists all such bays in Midlothian. 

Details may be examined from 20 February to 14 March 2025 at Libraries, at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk or from rebecca.marr@midlothian.gov.uk. 

Anyone wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds of their objection in writing, quoting reference TO/R5.3.121 and naming the location concerned, to The Legal Services Manager, Midlothian Council, Midlothian House, 40-46 Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, Midlothian EH22 1DN, or to legal@midlothian.gov.uk, to arrive not later than 14 March 2025.
