Warwickshire County Council ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
B4112 RUGBY ROAD, WITHYBROOK/STREET ASHTON
Order Effect: Road closed between B4455 Fosse Way and Main Street/Shilton Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 24 February 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 February 2025.
Access & Diversion: B4455 (Fosse Way, Lutterworth Road, The Crescent, Broad Street), B4428 Coventry Road, B4029 Shilton Road, Ansty Road, Ansty Lane, Brinklow Road), B4065 (Church Road, Leicester Road), B4112 (Withybrook Road, Main Street) and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so.

PUBLIC FOOTPATHS B43 BEDWORTH AND R37_ SHILTON & BARNACLE
Order Effect: Footpaths closed to all traffic at Grid Reference X439699 Y285341.
Reason for Order: To avoid the likelinood of danger to the public due to a collapsed bridge.
Order Commences: 2 September 2024. and was due to expire 28 February 2025. However, the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has directed that the Order shall continue in force until 1 March 2026 or until works are completed, whichever is the earlier (unless the Secretary of State issues a further direction).
Access & Diversion: Please take an alternative route on other Public Rights of Way and Public Roads.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
WOOD END LANE, FILLONGLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for pole testing, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 14 March 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 March 2025.
Access & Diversion: Wood End Lane, Nuneaton Road, Berryfields, Coventry Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals Ltd, Tel: 03700 500 792.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
