What is happening?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (STUBTON/HOUGH ON THE HILL – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 22) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make an Order closing Public Right Of Way No. 22 in the Parish of Stubton/Hough on the hill, to all traffic. The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the Footpath. The Order will commence on 25 February 2025 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of footpath to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (ANCASTER/WILSFORD HEATH – B6403 HIGH DIKE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on B6403 High Dike to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 3 March 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 3 March 2025 and continue for approximately 7 weeks. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (GRANTHAM – B1174 SOUTH PARADE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on B1174 South Parade to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 2 March 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 2 March 2025 and continue for approximately 15 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (HOUGH ON THE HILL - GELSTON ROAD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Gelston Road to  allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 26 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 26 February 2025 and continue for approximately 3 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (FOSTON – GOOSEGATE LANE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Goosegate Lane to  allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 24 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 24  February 2025 and continue for approximately 2 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (GRANTHAM – ALBERT STREET) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Albert Street to  allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 24 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 24 February 2025 and continue for approximately 7 days. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (LOWER BASSINGTHORPE – LOWER BASSINGTHORPE LANE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Lower Bassingthorpe Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 24 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 24 February 2025 and continue for approximately 3 days. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (IRNHAM – BULBY ROAD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Bulby Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 19 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 19 February 2025 and continue for approximately 1 day. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (OASBY – VILLAGE STREET) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Village Street to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 19 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 19 February 2025 and continue for approximately 3 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (FULBECK – WASHDYKE LANE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Washdyke Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 17 February 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 17 February 2025 and continue for approximately 3 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route for vehicles will be signed. SCHEDULE – Road Closure Order – Washdyke Lane (between Scotts Hill & a point 75m South)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (GRANTHAM – SHARED USE CYCLEWAY/ FOOTWAY HARLAXTON ROAD) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 Lincolnshire County Council has made an Order closing Shared Use Cycleway/Footway Harlaxton Road in the Parish of Grantham, to all traffic. The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the shared use cycleway/footway. The Order will commence on 14 February 2025 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of shared use cycleway/footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. An alternative route will be signed. SCHEDULE – Shared use cycleway/footway closure Order Harlaxton Road Shared Use Cycleway/Footway (South side only between Kitty Briggs Lane & a point 100m East)
