Derby Road - Temporary Road Closure

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
DERBY ROAD, ILKESTON

WHEN: 12 March to 14 March 2025 (19:00 to 23:59 each night)
WHERE: Derby Road, Ilkeston at the Jct. of Oakwell Drive.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching and resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Derby Rd, White Lion Square, Chalons Way, Rutland Square, Heanor Rd, Hassock Ln South, Hassock Ln, Hassock Ln North, Hardy Barn, Ilkeston Rd, Church St, Market Place, Market St, High St, Main Rd, Belper Rd, High Ln West, High Ln Central, High Ln East and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
