NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 24 August 2023 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Byway Open to All Traffic No.17 Bamford Parish, between junction with access road to Clough House and the junction with access road to High Lees Farm has been further continued.
There is no recommended alternative route available.
The byway open to all traffic will be closed until 01 April 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to allow for public safety whilst planned works are ongoing.
Derbyshire County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the closure. Any member of the public requiring further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
