Cranbrook Road, Temporary Traffic Restrictions Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL
CRANBROOK ROAD PROJECT, POOLE -ESSENTIAL GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT WORKS TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: Road closed to all vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE AND WHEN:
- Cranbrook Road from its junction with Ashley Road to its junction with Cynthia Road -phased closures
- Anticipated dates: Monday 3rd March to Friday 1st August 2025
- Wayne Road from its junction with Ringwood Road to its junction with Cranbrook Road
- Anticipated dates: Monday 7th April to Friday 9th May 2025
- Grove Road from its junction with Ringwood Road to its junction with Cranbrook Road
- Anticipated dates: Monday 28th April to Friday 23rd May 2025
WHY: Essential gas mains replacement works by SGN
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via signed routes
VIEW AT: https://one.network/?tm=140866330 These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Council regrets any inconvenience to the public caused by this traffic order.
