(Harrogate Road And Finsbury Road, Reddish) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport has on the 13th of January 2025 made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 which will come into operation on the 17th of March 2025.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time: Harrogate Road, Reddish - East side from the Northern kerb line of Finsbury Road for a distance of 18 metres in a Northerly direction.
Finsbury Road, Reddish - North side from the Eastern kerb line of Harrogate Road for a distance of 15 metres in an Easterly direction (to tie-in with the aforementioned).
A copy of the Order, map and statement of the reasons for making the Order, can be obtained from Stockport Legal Services, Town Hall Stockport SK1 3XE.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or the Road Traffic Act 1991, or that a requirement of the Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
