(Washington: London Road)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, WSCC intend to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close sections of London Road between School Lane and The Street.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst gas maintenance works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 10 March 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 10 March 2025 and will take 3 weeks to complete. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to SGN, telephone number 0800 9121700. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.

(Horsham: Wimblehurst Road)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close Wimblehurst Road between North Parade and Parsonage Road.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst electrical upgrades and new connections are made.

The Order came into effect on 25 February 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 25 February 2025 and will take 2 weeks to complete. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to Utility Distribution Networks Ltd telephone number 07399 213713. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.
