Proposed Traffic Regulation Order Various Locations, Sketty Ward Various Waiting Restrictions Notice 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea intends to make an Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ("the Act") the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule(s) below.
A copy of the proposed Order, Statement of Reasons and an appropriate plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the Civic Centre Oystermouth Road Swansea SA1 3SN.
Any objections to the proposals should be submitted in writing setting out the reasons thereto to reach the undersigned at the above address or via E-mail at Legal.TrafficNotices@swansea.gov.uk by the 7th March 2025 quoting reference DVT-00279628/AVR.
Note: This notice is made further to a Notice dated 10th February 2025 with the same reference to amend typos to 2 street names. Only the Schedules affected are included herewith.

Schedule 1 Revocations
The existing Orders are revoked insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals hereinafter contained which relate to the length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto.
SCHEDULE 3
Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time
Sketty Park Drive
On its southern side from a point 10 metres east of its junction with the eastern kerbline of Admirals Walk westwards for a distance of 30 metres.
ADMIRALS WALK
On its eastern side from junction with the southern kerbline of Sketty Park Drive for a distance of 10 metres south and
On its eastern side from a point 10 metres north of its junction with the northern kerbline of Raleigh Close southwards for a distance of 25 metres and
On its eastern side from a point 10 metres north of its junction with the northern kerbline of Dana Drive southwards for a distance of 25 metres and
On its southeastern side from a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with the northeastern kerbline of Cunningham Close south westwards for a distance of 25 metres and
On its western side from junction with the southern kerbline of Sketty Park Drive for a distance of 10 metres south and
On its western side from a point 10 metres north of its junction with the northern kerbline of Benbow Close southwards for a distance of 25 metres.
RALEIGH CLOSE
On both sides from its junction with the eastern kerbline of Admirals Walk eastwards for a distance of 7 metres.
DANA DRIVE
On both sides from its junction with the eastern kerbline of Admirals Walk eastwards for a distance of 7 metres.
CUNNINGHAM CLOSE
On both sides from its junction with the southeastern kerbline of Admirals Walk south eastwards for a distance of 7 metres.
BENBOW CLOSE
On both sides from its junction with the western kerbline of Admirals Walk westwards for a distance of 9 metres.
