(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order No 1 2025

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0700 hours on Tuesday 25 February 2025 until 1700 hours on Monday 3 March 2025, or when the works has been completed, Ryde Footpath 39 will be closed for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for tree maintenance works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 21 February 2025 and Friday 4 April 2025 the following roads will be closed between 1930 and 0600 hours for a period of approximately one to 2 nights within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable carriageway maintenance works to be undertaken. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads: and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road were indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing works, reflective stud work and lining works. In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and on street advanced warning signs before the scheme commences.
