What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on:

i) Gisborne Gardens, between the vehicle crossovers of nos. 20 and 22

ii) Abbs Cross Gardens, at its junction with White Gates

iii) Rainham Road, at its junction with Victory Road

iv) Wennington Road, opposite nos. 210 and 212 and nos. 222 and 224

v) Grenfell Avenue, outside nos. 115-117, 111, 107-109, 105, 101, 95, 87, 83-85, 71-73, 69, 65-67, 66-68, 62-64, 58-60, 54, 50-52, 34 to the cover the crossover to Sycamore Court, to the side of Shurgard self-storage, to the side of no. 2 Roneo Corner and to the north of Mint House

b) Extend no waiting at any time restrictions on:

i) Seabrook Gardens, to the side of no. 209 Crow Lane

ii) Canfield Road, to cover the whole north-eastern side

c) Change the existing Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm waiting restriction to apply at any time on:

i) Claremont Road, at its junction with Globe Road

ii) Victoria Road, at its junction with Carlisle Road

iii) Carlisle Road, at its junction with Broadfield Close

iv) Carlisle Road, fronting the entrance to The Learning Tree Nursery

v) Carlisle Road, fronting the bin shed access to Buckingham Court

d) Introduce pay and display parking bays, operational Monday to Saturday 8am to 6:30pm on:

i) Grenfell Avenue, at its northern extremity and to the side of Shurgard self-storage

ii) Northdown Road, to the side of NC Construction

iii) Burnway, to the side of no. 29 North Street

iv) Hillview Avenue, to the side of nos. 13 to 15 Butts Green Road

v) Upper Brentwood Road, in the layby outside nos. 624 to 628

vi) Farnes Drive, in the layby opposite the side of no. 630 Upper Brentwood Road

e) Introduce pay and display parking bays, operational Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6:30pm on:

i) Kingsley Gardens, to the side of no. 136 Squirrels Heath Lane

ii) Cecil Avenue, to the side of no. 106 Ardleigh Green Road

f) Introduce pay and display parking bays, operational Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 6:30pm on Argyle Gardens, to the side of no. 302 St Marys Lane

g) Introduce pay and display parking bays, operational Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm on Knightsbridge Gardens, to the side of nos. 46 to 50 London Road

h) Change the use of the existing voucher parking bays to pay and display and voucher parking bays on:

i) Richmond Road, to the side of no. 98 George Street

ii) Shaftsbury Road, to the side of no. 33 Albert Road

iii) Welshbeach Road, to the side of no. 52 Richmond Road

i) Introduce no waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 4pm on Wennington Road outside nos. 213 and 215 and opposite nos. 224 to 228

j) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on:

i) Galleywood Crescent, opposite no. 1

ii) Dudley Road, outside no. 74

iii) Clement Way, outside no. 31

k) Remove a Disabled parking bay on Gilroy Close, outside no. 2

l) Remove the disabled parking bay, outside no. 9 David Drive and reinstate as residents parking.

m) Remove a section of Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction outside no. 12 Firham Park Avenue and install a disabled parking bay

n) Removal of a section of free parking bay in Cedar Gardens, to the side of no. 36 New Place Gardens and the introduction of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am waiting restriction

o) Removal of a section of free parking bay in Fairholme Avenue, to the side of no. 27 Heath Park Road and the introduction of at any time waiting restriction

p) Introduce a School Keep Clear no stopping Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm marking on Wennington Road outside Harris Academy

q) Removal of a section of residents parking bay outside no. 73 Carlisle Road and the introduction of Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm waiting restriction

r) Introduce a loading bay on St Marys Lane, to the front of Millstone House

s) Introduce a Drop off and Pick up bay on Carlisle Road outside no. 2a, operational Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6:30pm, with a five minute maximum stay

t) Introduce a R03 residents parking bay on Carlisle Road outside no. 2a

u) Remove a section of Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6:30pm waiting restriction in Carlisle Road, fronting Buckingham Court and extend the existing residents parking bay

v) Remove sections of R03 residents parking bay in Carlisle Road, fronting the vehicle access to Buckingham Court and Ash Tree Court and install at any time waiting restrictions

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager at Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
