What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(OSBORNE ROAD)
(TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton
City Council propose to make an Order under Section
14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from
proceeding on Osborne Road in both directions
outside property 59.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will
be undertaken on 26 February 2025 from 09:30 until
15:00.
The diversion route is: Pennhouse Avenue, Penn
Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the repair/
replacement of a frame & cover by Severn Trent Water.
