What is happening?

DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Seagers Lane,
Brierley Hill) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle
proceeding on Seagers Lane, Brierley Hill, for the purpose of water pipe repairs
being carried out on or near the affected road.

The order will come into operation on 3/3/2025 and will remain in force until 14/3/2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Access
will be maintained with road plates due to one-way system.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Upper Ettingshall
Road, Coseley) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Upper Ettingshall Road, Coseley, for the purpose of gas mains works being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 05/03/2025 and will remain in force until 21/03/2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Coppice Road, Ivyhouse Lane, Birmingham New Road, Shaw Road, and Upper Ettingshall Road.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
