LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES

Roger Mann, Head of Law (Planning & Regulatory), City Law & Governance, Legal Services, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Dated 13 February 2025. (Speke Church Road, Blackrod Avenue & Woodend Lane) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2025.

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: - (a) the full length of Speke Church Road, L24; (b) Blackrod Avenue, L24, from its junction with Greyhound Farm Road to its junction with Woodend Lane; & (c) Woodend Lane, L24, from its junction with Blackrod Avenue to the southernmost extent of property No 6 Woodend Lane, from 7.30am to 5.30pm each day during the period of the 3 to 31 March 2025 or for such lesser period of time as dictated by the earlier completion of the works which are to safely enable Council contractors to undertake essential highway maintenance works.

A signed diversion will be erected for the duration of the closure.
