What is happening?

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM
(ASH CRESCENT, SEAHAM)
(ONE WAY AND NO ENTRY)
ORDER 2025

The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, to introduce One Way and No Entry restrictions on Ash Crescent, Seaham as follows One Way:- Ash Crescent from a point 14 metres in a north-easterly direction from its junction with Parkside Crescent for a total distance of 489 metres in a southerly direction to a point 51 metres from its junction with Parkside Crescent. No entry:- Ash Crescent from a point 51 metres in a southerly direction from its junction with Parkside Crescent for a total distance of 489 metres in a north-easterly direction to a point 14 metres from its junction with Parkside Crescent. Full details can be examined at Seaham Library during normal opening hours and via the Council website. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send their grounds of objection, in writing, to Sharon Renwick, Legal Assistant, County Hall, Durham or by email to Legal-Highways@durham.gov.uk (quoting reference: 8327924) by 7/3/2025
