RESTRICTIONS IN BASSIL ROAD, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD
AND AKEMAN STREET, TRING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Road whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Bassil Road, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with St Albans Road south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Akeman Street, Tring from its junction with Park Road north westwards and northwards to its junction with B4635 High Street, a distance of approximately 346m. An alternative route will be via Park Road and B4635 (Western Road/ High Street).
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Kings Meadow, Kings Langley from its junction with Gade Valley Close north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Gade Valley Close, Kings Langley from its junction with Kings Meadow south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PALLAS ROAD, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Pallas Road, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Jupiter Drive south eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m (“the Road”). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3 March 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Boxted Road, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Fields End Lane south eastwards to its junction with the Warmark Road/The Avenue roundabout, a distance of approximately 246m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via Boxted Road, Berkhamsted Road,
Hempstead Lane, The Common, Gravel Path, Ravens Lane, A4251 London Road, Fishery Road, Northridge Way, Long Chaulden and Boxted Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

RESTRICTIONS IN A41 (UNNAMED ROAD), HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A41
(unnamed road), Hemel Hempstead from its junction with the M25
(junction 20) roundabout north westwards to its junction with
the A41 Two Waters Way Intersection, a distance of approximately 2910m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via A4251 (Watford Road/High Street/ Hempstead Road/ London Road) and A41 (Two Waters Way/ Two Waters Way Intersection).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATION ROAD, BERKHAMSTED) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Berkhamsted from its junction with Gravel Path north westwards to its junction with New Road, a distance of approximately 258m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Gravel Path, Ravens Lane, A4251 High Street, Lower Kings Road and Station Road. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access:1. that length of Pietley Hill, Flamstead from its junction with Trowlety Bottom north westwards, north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 427m.
An alternative route will be via Trowley Bottom, Trowley Hill Road, Chapel Road, Friendless Lane, Mill Lane and Pietley Hill.
2. that length of Trowley Bottom, Flamstead from its junction with Pietley Hill south eastwards for a distance of approximately 103m.
An alternative route will be via Wood Lane End, Puddephats Lane, White Hill, Trowley Hill Road, Chapel Road, Friendless Lane, Mill Lane and Pietley Hill.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 17 February 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (1984 Act) to introduce new speed limit restrictions in parts of Berkhamsted as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Orders will come into effect on Friday 14 February 2025.
