AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

GRAINTHORPE PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 343
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024
On 22 January 2025 East Lindsey District Council confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the full width of Grainthorpe Public Footpath Number 343 running from the unaffected part of Public Footpath Number 343 at Point A (OSGR TF 3683 9471) in a northerly direction for approximately 20 metres to Point D (OSGR TF 3682 9473) where it will continue on its unaffected route. The total length of footpath to be diverted is approximately 20 metres shown between points A-D on Order Drawing Number N/062/00759/24-01 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE to be 2 metres in width, running from the unaffected part of Grainthorpe Public Footpath Number 343 at Point A (OSGR TF 3683 941) in a north easterly direction for approximately 12 metres to Point B (OSGR TF 3683 9472) continuing in a northerly direction for approximately 6 metres to Point C (OSGR TF 3683 9472) then continuing in a north westerly direction for approximately 10 metres to Point D (OSGR TF 3682 9473). The total length of footpath to be added to be approximately 28 metres as shown between points A-BC-D on Order Drawing Number N/062/00759/24-01.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order plan has been placed and may be viewed free of charge at Main Reception, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
The confirmed Order came into force as from 22 January 2025. If any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within
6 weeks from the date on which the notice is first published (12 February 2025) as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
