NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Congleton Road, Nether Alderley
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic - Congleton Road, Nether Alderley - From the junction of Welsh Row to the junction of White Barn Road.
The alternative route will be via Congleton Road, Welsh Row, Frog Lane Roundabout, Melrose Way, Harden Park Roundabout, Wilmslow Road, London Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 3 March 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 26 March 2025.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit/restrict traffic.
Prohibition of traffic - Slip Road Southbound, Handforth - For the full extent
50mph speed restriction of traffic - Storeys Way, Handforth - For the full extent
Retail Site South Roundabout, Handforth - For the full extent
Coppice Way, Handforth - For the full extent
Coppice Way Roundabout One, Handforth - For the full extent
Ainslie Way, Handforth - For the full extent
Dean Row Roundabout, Wilmslow - For the full extent
For specific dates and diversions please visit one.network
This order will come into operation on Monday 24 February 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 21 April 2025.
