(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because sewer connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Wesley Road, Armley, Leeds in the Armley Ward between its junctions with Tong Road and Church Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Tong Road, Carr Crofts, Town Street, Wesley Road and vice versa. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 24th February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 10th March 2025. The closure will be in place 24 hrs per day. M Green. Ref: RC312523

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s),  Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Southleigh Crescent, Beeston, Leeds in the Beeston & Holbeck Ward between its junctions with Southleigh Road and Gipsy Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Southleigh Road, Gipsy Lane and vice versa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas Mains Replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s);  Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Portage Avenue, Temple Newsam, Leeds in the Temple Newsam Ward, from outside 1a Portage Road to side of 20 Temple Newsam Road. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Portage Avenue, Oak Road, Oak Crescent, Temple Newsam Road and also via Portage Avenue, Oak Road, Oak Crescent, Temple Newsam Road, Irwin Approach, Selby Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Sunday 23 February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because sewer installation works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along that part of Spring Avenue, Gildersome, Leeds in the Morley North Ward, running between and adjacent to property numbers 36 and 18 Spring Avenue. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure is available via: Moorland Avenue, Scott Green, Church Street and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 13 February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.  The works are expected to be completed by Friday 21 March 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to development works, Leeds City Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to introduce: 1. No Waiting, Loading or Unloading at any time on sections of Vernon Street, Leeds. 2. Permit Parking Bays on Vernon Street, for 10m along the southern carriageway edge, at a point 55m west of the junction with Woodhouse Lane. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 17 February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. Mr C Way

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because stormwater sewer installation works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Springbank Road, Gildersome, Leeds in the Morley North Ward between its junctions with Church Avenue and Springbank Avenue. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: 1. Springbank Avenue, Springbank Crescent, Springbank Road and vice versa. 2. Church Avenue, Spring Avenue, Springbank Road and vice versa. 3. Church Avenue, Springbank Road and vice versa. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 3rd March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Easterly Road, Gipton, Leeds in the Killingbeck & Seacroft Ward at its junction with Oakwood Lane and at its junction with Hollin Park Mount. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Wetherby Road, Roundhay Road, Easterly Road for westbound traffic, and  Roundhay Road, Wetherby Road, Easterly Road for eastbound traffic. Only one side of the dual carriageway will be closed at one time. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 1st March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 23rd March 2025. The closure will be in place during weekends only from 07:00 hours each Saturday until 19:00 hours each Sunday. K Krawczyk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because cycle route works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Vehicles will only be permitted to travel one way  along Templar Street other than in a West to East direction , in the Little London & Woodhouse Ward from Edward Street to Bridge Street. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Bridge Street from 27m north of Templar Street to the Give Way line at Templar Street; other than in a North to South direction. 3. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Templar Place, Leeds, between its junctions with Lady Lane and Templar Street. 4. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along  Lydia Street, Leeds, between its junctions with Lady Lane and Templar Place. 5. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to load or unload in the whole layby in front of No.33 Eastgate. 6. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in on-street bays along the whole length of Templar Street. 7. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in on-street bays on Bridge Street, from Lady Lane to Templar Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Templar Street, Edward Street, Lady Lane, Bridge Street, Eastgate, New York Road, Regent Street, Gower Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 3rd March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.  The works are expected to be completed by Friday 30th May 2025. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 20th February 2025.  The works are expected to take place between  08:00 and 16:00 hours on Thursday 20 February 2025.  A Coultate. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order,  the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel South along Oakwood Lane, Roundhay, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward, Killingbeck & Seacroft Ward between its junctions with: Phase 1: Easterly Road to Hollin Park Avenue and Phase 2: Hollin Hill Drive and Easterly Road.  Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Phase 1 Diversion: Easterly Road, Amberton Road, Oaktree Drive and Phase 2 Diversion: Roundhay Road, Easterly Road. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on 13 February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Definitive Footpath Garforth 3A) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are to be undertaken to complete the link between the two highways situated on the Persimmon and Vistry development sites, on or near the under mentioned footpath, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Garforth 3A, from its junction with Selby Road in a southerly direction for approx. 213m until it meets the Beck, in the Garforth and Swillington Ward. No diversionary route will be available. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 24 February 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. Order 2025 – Swinegate Leeds

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because of the need to facilitate the safe operation of the highway during works associated with improvement works to Mill Hill pavement; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait, load or unload in existing loading bay situated on the southern side of Swinegate, Leeds (that runs for a distance of 17m from the junction with Mill Hill); between 19:00 hours in the evening and 7.00 hours the following morning; except for Licenced Hackney Carriages. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 17 February 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. It is anticipated that the works will be completed with a period of
