HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ('y Cyngor'), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ('Deddf 1984') a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ('Deddf 2004') a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 81 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy: 

Darparu Llinellau Melyn Dwbl yn Gwaun-Fro, Penpedairheol 

• Ar ochr dde-orllewinol Gwaun-Fro o ddiwedd y Ilinellau melyn dwbl presennol y to allan i rif 3 Gwaun-Fro i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin am bellter o tua 6m. 

Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn drafit, cynlluniau sy'n dangos y rhannau o'r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau'r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/GorchmynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yng Nghyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, T9 Penallta, Parc Tredonnen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), rhwng 12/02/2025 a 06/03/2025, gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod SCF/5012096.

Proposed parking restrictions on Gwaun-Fro, Penpedairheol 

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the'Council') in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the'1984 Act') and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the'2004' Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the: 

Provision of Double Yellow Lines (DYLs) at Gwaun-Fro, Penpedairheol 

• On the southwestern side of Gwaun-Fro from the end of the existing DYLs at the side of No 3 Gwaun-Fro in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 6m. 

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 12/02/2025 to 06/03/2025 quoting reference SCF/5012096.
