THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF
ON-STREET PARKING PLACES ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council in exercise of its power under Section 25 of Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to resolve the recurring pedestrian collision issues on Great Western Street. To address these issues, several proposals have been made and are listed below:

Upgrading the existing uncontrolled crossing by eliminating one parking space directly in front and reconfiguring the area into two separate parking bays to accommodate a buildout for crossing that improves visibility |
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom.
