What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bromsgrove District Council under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales)
Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers is making the following change to the existing off street car parking tariffs as shown below:

CAR PARK
Aston Fields Car Park

VARIATION
Amend Column 6 of Schedule 1 (Maximum waiting period allowed) by removing the time limit of 2 hours and replacing it with the time limit of 3 hours.

This variation will come into effect on 14 of March 2025, being no less than 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In all other respects the above order (as amended) shall remain in full force and effect.
