ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

(ALBERT STREET, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Chevron Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Albert Street from its junction with Gibbet Street to Hanson Lane for a distance of approximately 130 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Hanson Lane, Hope Street, Gibbet Street. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 24th February 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(BAIRSTOW LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Limited have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bairstow Lane from its junction with Stonecroft Mount to No. 20 Bairstow Lane for a distance of approximately 55 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via A646 Burnley Road, Steps Lane, Dam Head Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st February 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(BUTTERWORTH LANE, TRIANGLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Butterworth Lane from its junction with Rochdale Road to Union Street for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rochdale Road, Lower Brockwell Lane, Fore Lane, St Peter’s Avenue, Dean Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(COPLEY LANE, COPLEY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Copley Lane from its junction with Kings Lea to No. 3 Copley Lane for a distance of approximately 150 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Wakefield Road, Huddersfield Road, Dudwell Lane, Copley Lane, Springwood Drive. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(HIGHLANDS LANE, ILLINGWORTH)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Highlands Lane from No.1 to No. 3 for a distance of approximately 2.6 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Highlands Lane, Whitehill Road, Moor Bottom Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th February 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(MANKINHOLES BANK, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by OCU Utility Services Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Mankinholes Bank outside Mankinholes House for a distance of approximately 5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lumbutts Road, Cross Lane, New Road, Shaw Wood Road, Halifax Road, Woodhouse Road, Oldroyd Road. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 00:00 & 23:59.

(THRUSH HILL ROAD, MYTHOLMROYD) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Go Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Thrush Hill Road from junction with Stocks Drive to Back Erringden Road for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Caldene Avenue, Burnley Road, New Road, Cragg Road, Stocks Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 18th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 23:00 & 06:00.

(VALLEY ROAD, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Valley Road from No. 3 to No. 10 for a distance of approximately 2.3 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Valley Road, Regent Street, Hangingroyd Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 18th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 20th February 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(GREEN LANE, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Green Lane from its junction with Burnley Road to Rochdale Road for a distance of approximately 258 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rochdale Road, Burnley Road. Resident access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(HOLMES ROAD, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Go Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Holmes Road from its junction with Station Road to Holmes Road Bridge for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, West Street, Town Hall Street, Wharf Street, Bolton Brow, Wakefield Road, Hollas Lane, Copley Valley Road, Fall Lane, Mearclough Road, Holmes Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 20th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 23:00 & 06:00.

(JUBILEE ROAD, SIDDAL)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Total Resources have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jubilee Road from outside No. 30 to Backhold Lane for a distance of approximately 176 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Oxford Lane, Whitegate Road, Siddal New Road, Water Lane, Shay Syke, Shaw Hill, Huddersfield Road, Salterhebble Hill and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 15:00.

(BANK HOUSE LANE, LUDDENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Chevron Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bank House Lane from its junction with Holme House Lane to Bank House for a distance of approximately 100 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Bank House Lane, Wainstalls Lane, Mount Tabor Road, Stocks Lane, New Road, Dean House Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 20th February 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 20th February 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(BIRKS LANE, WALSDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Limited intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Birks Lane from outside Woodlands to The Old Vicarage for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(HARPER ROYD LANE/HOLLIN LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Harper Royd Lane including Hollin Lane junction from Hollin Lane to Marlborough House for a distance of approximately 260 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Harper Royd Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Shaw Lane, Hob Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 30th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(RINGWOOD EDGE, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Limited intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ringwood Edge from No. 2 to No. 10 for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(DOB LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Dob Lane from its junction with Row Lane to No. 5 for a distance of approximately 73 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Higham and Dob Lane, Steep Lane, Mirey Lane, Back Rigging Lane, Towngate. Resident access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 6th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 6th March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
