Dunsham Lane - Temporary Closure To Install Fibre Cables

Temporary Closure of Dunsham Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Dunsham Lane - from the junction with Clapton Road, westwards for a total distance of 216 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Internet to install fibre cables.
The Order becomes effective on 27th February 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd March 2025 and last until 7th March 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
