Renfrewshire - Pavement Parking Exemption Order
What is happening?
Renfrewshire Council
Renfrewshire Council in exercise of its powers conferred upon by Section 51 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019, proposes to make the following Order:
Renfrewshire Council (Pavement Parking Exemption No.2) Order 202.*
The Order is considered necessary as the footways listed have the characteristics specified by the Scottish Ministers as per direction under section 67(1).
