What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT
UNNAMED ROAD FROM NEW ROAD TO A6, BUXWORTH

WHEN: 03 March to 05 March 2025.
WHERE: It will be necessary to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph, on B6062 for a distance of 200m both west and east of the entrance to Green Bothom Farm.
REASON: To facilitate safe access to overhead structure to provide a new service connection.
The restriction will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph.
