U6073 Kirkharle Drive - Temporary Road Closure

U6073 KIRKHARLE DRIVE PEGSWOOD
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6073 Kirkharle Drive Pegswood from its junction with Harewood Gardens heading eastwards for a distance of 60 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 7th March 2025 until the 10th March 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 7th March 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 14:45 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 10th March 2025.
There will be no alternative route available for the duration of the TTRO.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to carry out a CCTV survey to the sewer. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
