RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd o Bont Rhythallt i Ship Cottage, Llanrug o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda Ffordd yr Orsaf gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol am bellter o oddeutu 70 metr.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar ran Dyer & Butler.

Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol ar Ffordd yr Orsaf yna troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda Ffordd yr A4086, ac i’r dde eto yn y gyffordd gyda Ffordd Crawia i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol. 

Yn y gyffordd ger Lôn Las, troi i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol. Troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda Bron Rhythallt, i deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 24ain o Chwefror 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 4 diwrnod.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Section 14(1) As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 The Gwynedd Council (Road From Pont Rhythallt To Ship Cottage, Llanrug) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Road from Pont Rhythallt to Ship Cottage, Llanrug from a point by its junction with Station Road travelling in a north easterly for a distance of approximately 70 metres. 

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on behalf of Dyer & Butler.

The alternative route is to travel in a south westerly direction on Station Road then turn right at the junction with the A4086, then right again at the junction with Ffordd Crawia to travel in a north easterly direction. 

At the junction by Lôn Las, turn right to travel in a south easterly direction. 

Turn right at the junction with Bron Rhythallt to travel in a south westerly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 24th of February 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. 

At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 4 days.
