What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING.

Amendment to Parking places on - Ealing Park Gardens, Murray Road, Windmill Road, South Ealing. The Ealing (Little Ealing -Zone RR) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2015) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders, under sections 6, 46, 46, 49 and 124 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to on: (a) Ealing Park Gardens the south-east side, at its junction with Windmill Road replace a length of permit parking place with double yellow lines; & (b) Murray Road the south-east side, at its junction with Windmill Road replace a length of permit parking place with double yellow lines; (c) Windmill Roadv the east side, (Ealing Park Gardens to Murray Road), replace existing permit parking and single yellow line, with double yellow lines, to facilitate widening of footway and the creation a shared pedestrian/cycleway.

3. The proposal, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the plans, draft Order, statement of reasons are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ ealing.gov.uk’ or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 21 days have elapsed from the date on which the Notice becomes operational.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P017-25 until the 5 March 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
