Fulham Road - Temporary Road Closures to Vehicles for Crane Works
What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
FULHAM ROAD Jnc STEWARTS GROVE
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intends to make an order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR CRANE WORKS.
Fulham Road to be closed at the junction of Sydney Street to the Junction of Sydney Close.
- Diverted through traffic may use, Fulham Road, Sydney Street, King’s Road, Gunter Grove, Fulham Road, or Fulham Road, Edith Grove, King’s Road, Sydney Street, Fulham Road.
- or Fulham Road, Onslow Square, Old Brompton Road, Redcliffe Gardens, Fulham Road or Fulham Road, Finborough Road, Old Brompton Road, Onslow Square, Fulham Road. Stewarts Grove to be closed from the junction of Fulham Road to outside number 33 Stewarts Grove.
- Diverted through traffic may use Stewarts Grove, Cale Street, Dovehouse Street, Fulham Road, or Stewarts Grove, Cale Street, Dovehouse Street, Britten Street, Sydney Street, Fulham Road.
To be closed from 08.00hrs until 18.00hrs on Sunday 23rd February 2025, with a backup date of Sunday 2nd March 2025.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
