drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith ar system draenio.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig rhag mynd ar y rhan honno o Heol Maesgwyn (U2065), Abergwaun – o’i chyffordd ag stad Clos-y-Bigney, i’r gorllewin o bwynt ger y lôn sy’n arwain at fferm Cwmbwraf.

Bydd y gwaith byw dygwyddiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, 17 Chwefror 2025 am oddeutu pythefnos.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd cefnffordd yr A40(T) o’r Stryd Fawr i gyffordd Rafael ac ar hyd ffordd osgoi Abergwaun; y Parrog, Heol Wern, ffordd yr A487 o Wdig i Dyddewi a’r U3116 tuag at Heol Maesgwyn.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen ailfentrau’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (MAESGWYN ROAD (U2065), FISHGUARD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE

is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The Order is necessary so that Drainage works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Maesgwyn Road (U2065), Fishguard – from its junction with Clos-y-Bigney estate, west to a point near the access lane leading to Cwmbwraf Farm.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 17th February 2025 for approximately 2 weeks.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the A40(T) High Street to Rafael Roundabout, A40(T) Fishguard bypass, The Parrog, Wern Road, A487 Goodwick to St Davids road and U3116 towards Maesgwyn Road.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
