The Rathenraw Industrial Estate,
Antrim

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), gives notice of its
intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads
(Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would
be to abandon an area of 1453 square metres of turning
head located between Unit 11D Rathenraw Industrial Estate
and 15 Rathenraw Industrial Estate, Antrim commencing
at a point 22 metres east of Unit 8 Rathenraw Industrial
Estate and continuing for a distance of 60.15 metres, after
completion of such works as the Department considers
necessary to provide alternative facilities.
The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on
a map which, together with a copy of a draft Order, may be
inspected free of charge during office hours within the period
11 February 2025 to 25 March 2025 at DfI Roads Northern
Division, Causeway Coast and Glens West, County Hall,
Castlerock Road, Coleraine, BT51 3HS or viewed online at
www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations
Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment
only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail
address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday
to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
Any person may, within the period above, object to the
proposal by writing to the Department at the address above
or by e-mailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.
uk stating the grounds of the objection. The information
you provide in your response to this consultation, excluding
personal information, may be published or disclosed in
accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA) or the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).

Temporary One-Way
Road Closure Notice
U3549 Girona Avenue, Portrush
NOTICE is hereby given that the Department, acting in
pursuance of its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic
Regulation (NI) Order 1997, intends to close temporarily to
traffic the U3549 Girona Avenue, Portrush one-way from
its junction with Ballywillan Road to its junction with Girona
Park. The closure will be in place from Tuesday 4th February
2025 08:00 to Friday 28th February 2025 18:00. Vehicles
requiring access to lands or premises abutting the closed
length of road will be accommodated. Diversion routes will
be signposted.
