KESTOR STREET TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 The Council Intends to make an order, operative from 22 February 2025 for 18 months approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Kestor Street from Mill Hill St to the entrance of Sherwin Williams, for health and safety reasons. Alternative route is via Mill St, Bury New Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of a permanent traffic order, whichever first occurs.
