What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (COTMATON ROAD, SIDMOUTH) ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 4/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 17/3/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: COTMATON ROAD, SIDMOUTH

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - PEAK HILL ROAD, MANOR ROAD, GLEN ROAD & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: EXCAVATE TO LAY DUCT. For additional information contact: FREEFLOW TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT.

B3177, A30, A375, ROAD FROM CHINEWAY HEAD TO THE HARE & HOUNDS, CHINEWAY HILL, ROAD FROM ESANTEE TO CHINEWAY COTTAGE & VICE VERSA.
