BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

(Various Rds) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rds below in various lengths. Brooke Rd, Rose Dr, Eunice Grove, Kesters Rd, Cavendish Rd, Green Way, Berry Way, Wheatley Way, The Paddock, Upper Hollis, Sunters Wood Cl, Sunningdale Cl and Trafford Cl. The closure is required whilst carriageway failed Rd resurfacing works commence on 10th February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10th February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Horsenden Ln, Princes Risborough) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Horsenden Ln for approx. 525M. The closure is required whilst failed Rds resurfacing commence on 10 February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Fingest Rd, Frieth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Fingest Rd for approx. 142M. Alternative route: Ibstone Rd, M40 Junction 5 From Junction 4 Off Slip, M40 Junction 5 To Junction 6 On Slip, Oxford Rd, The Common, Wycombe Rd, Marlow Rd, Stokenchurch Rd, Fingest Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst openreach works commences on 3 March 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 3 March 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Oakridge Rd, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oakridge Rd for approx. 23M. Alternative route: Green St, Jubilee Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames water works commences on 15 March 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 March 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Mundaydean Ln, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Mundaydean Ln for approx. 220M. The closure is required whilst Thames water works commences on 5 March 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 March 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(Shepherds Ln, Beaconsfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Shepherds Ln for approx. 49M. Alternative route: Shepherds Ln, Wycombe End, London End, Park Ln, Candlemas Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas mains replacement works commence on 24 February 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 February 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(White Hart Meadow, Beaconsfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in White Hart Meadow for approx. 47M. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas mains replacement works commence on 10th March 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10th March 2025, as signed, with maximum 18-month duration.

(Various Rds, Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025

which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in the roads listed below.

  • Haw Ln, Bledlow

  • St Johns Rd, Hazlemere

  • Memorial Rd, Hampden Row

  • Lane End Rd, Lane End

  • Harwood Rd, Marlow

  • Beaufort Gdns, Marlow

  • Riverpark Drv, Marlow

The closure is required whilst plane and patch works commence on 31 March 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination of a number of works, and flexibility given their weather-dependent nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicized on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the work commences.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 March 2025, as signed.

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No.48 (Part) Parish Of Lacey Green) Public Path Diversion Order 2025

made on 22 January 2025, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from SU83451-99270 SSW for 276M to SU83404-99032 as shown by a bold continuous line on the Order map, to a line running from SU83337-99182 SSW for 11M to SU83334-99172 SW for 61M to SU83300-99126 then SSE for 21M to SU83310-99108 then E for 34M to SU83343-99099 then S for 54M to SU83349-99046 then E for 58M to SU83404-99032 as shown by a bold broken line on the Order map and having a width of 2M throughout, and with a kissing gate at SU83337-99182 and a pedestrian gate at SU83343-99909.

If no representations or objections are made, or if any made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any objections will be forwarded with the Order.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, the Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
