LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* * under sections 84 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended -
2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose a 20mph speed limit in, Gander Green Lane (between A24 and A217).
3. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN) that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton proposes, under section 90A and 90C of the Highways Act 1980 to construct a raised entry treatment 11.76 metres long, full road width with a maximum height of 75mm and 1:20 ramp gradient in Kimpton Road at its junction with Gander Green Lane. Copies of the proposed Order, the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and draft map schedules showing the locations and the effects of the proposal may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
4.
