HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) HILLSIDE AVENUE ZONE C EXTENSION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Order would be to introduce residents parking places and restriction of waiting in Bullhead Road, Hillside Avenue, Kenilworth Close and Kenilworth Drive. The proposals are necessary to reduce instances of inappropriate and inconsiderate parking, to increase the available provision of parking places for residents and their visitors, improve visibility at road junctions, reduce congestion and improve road safety.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents giving further information may be examined from 6th February 2025 at the Civic Office, Hertsmere Borough Council, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday or you can view the documents at any time at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/parking

Permit Charges
Resident Parking Permits
- A maximum of two permits per household or property
- 1st Permit: £35
- 2nd Permit: £70
Visitors Permits
- £15 per 20 vouchers
Annual Visitor’s Parking Permit
- £70
