NOTICE OF ORDER HAVING BEEN MADE
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2024.2137328 - MAY TERRACE AND GLEN PARK AVENUE) ORDER 2024
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, have made the above named Order:-
The effect of the order shall be to; Add Car Club Only At Any Time on a length of the following roads:
May Terrace, Glen Park Avenue
Subject to Schedule 9 Part VI of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions in it on the grounds that the Order is not within the relevant powers or that any of the relevant requirements or regulations made hereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
