NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads – Cherwell District) (Map Based) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2022, and the Oxfordshire County Council (West Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006, with the
effect of removing Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) as shown in A below, and providing new DPPPs shown in B.

(VARIOUS ROADS – CHERWELL DISTRICT) (MAP BASED) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO.*) ORDER 20**
NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order –
following local informal consultation carried out by the Parishes – is to introduce parking restrictions in Adderbury & Bloxham as follows:
A. Adderbury:
1. ‘Two-hour permitted parking bay, Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, No return within one-hour’ to be located on:
a. High Street (north side) – west of its junction with Croft Lane, for approximately 28 metres.
b. Lake Walk (north side) – adjacent to ‘The Green’, between its junctions with the A4260 & the High Street, for approx. 80 metres.
2. ‘30-minute permitted parking bay, Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, No return within one-hour’, to be located on:
a. High Street (east side) – adjacent to the retail premises opposite Parsons Street, for approx. 11 metres.
3. ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double yellow lines) parking restriction to be located on:
a. High Street – (north side) – a) around both sides of its junction with Croft Lane, and b) at either end of the proposed two-hour parking bay,
b. Lake Walk (north side) – at the eastern & western ends of ‘The Green’ at its junction with the High Street for approx. 10 metres, and its junction with the A4260 for approx. 14 metres.
B. Bloxham:
4. ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double yellow lines) parking restriction to be located on:
a. Courtington Lane (north side) – between its junctions with the A361 High Street including the junction ‘triangle’ and the access to the Bloxham School cricket ground.
b. Courtington Lane (south side) – between its junctions with the A361 High Street including the junction ‘triangle’ and Workhouse Lane.
c. Workhouse Lane (both sides) – from its junction with Courtington Lane, southwards for approx. 8 metres on the eastern side, and 20 metres on the western side.
5. ‘No Waiting, Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm’ (single yellow lines) parking restriction to be located on:
a. Courtington Lane (north side) – southwest of its junction with The Pound, for approx. 25 metres adjacent to the ‘Telephone exchange’,
b. Courtington Lane (south side) – northeast of its junction with Workhouse Lane, for approx. 28 metres adjacent to the Bloxham School properties.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads – Cherwell) (Map Based) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2021 will be further amended as necessary, updating Map Tiles BF49, BH57, & BH58 in the process.
