Notice is hereby given that the following application has been received:
Application No. 17/24/00072: Strawberry Field Park, Draycott Road, Cheddar, BS27 3FN.
Erection of thirteen new holiday units, the erection of a new site managers dwelling & the re-use of the existing warden’s lodge for holiday accommodation, the formation of a new vehicular access & associated landscaping & infrastructure (including a pumping station & drainage infrastructure). This proposal is a major development & is of public interest. Comments welcome by 27/02/2025.
