Woodmansey and Walkington - Various Streets on Street Parking Places Civil Enforcement Consolidation Order
What is happening?
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 61) (VARIOUS STREETS, BEVERLEY, WOODMANSEY AND WALKINGTON) ORDER 2025
I. On 6 February 2025 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from 6 February 2025 the effect of which will be to remove existing school keep clear restrictions, introduce new restrictions at Beverley Grammar School, St Nicholas School, Swinemoor Primary School, St John of Beverley RC Primary school, Woodmansey Primary School and CrakeWells/VValkington Primary School, as more fully set out in the Order.
2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Beverley Customer Service Centre, Champney Treasure House, Champney Road, Beverley, HU17 8HE (Ref: JAK/83209).
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 6 February 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
